Merrywick privacy policy
Merrywick is an iPhone game made by Davi Bandeira, an independent developer ("I", "me"). This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you play.
The short version
- No account and no sign-up.
- I collect no personal data, and I run no servers for the app.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
Your game progress
Your progress (days played, stars, collected items, settings and remaining retries) is stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled for Merrywick on your device, the same data is synced between your devices using Apple iCloud key-value storage. That data lives in your own iCloud account, is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and is not accessible to me. You can turn this off in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. I never receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple only tells the app which items you are entitled to.
Game Center (optional)
If you are signed in to Game Center, the app can submit scores and achievements to Apple Game Center. Your Game Center profile, scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and shown according to your Game Center settings. You can play without Game Center.
Notifications (optional)
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device (for example, "a new day is open"). They are created on the device itself. There is no push notification server. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Merrywick.
Diagnostics from Apple
If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide me with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage statistics. These do not identify you, and I do not add any analytics of my own.
Children
Merrywick is suitable for all ages. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for me to access, correct or delete. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Data stored in iCloud or Game Center can be managed or deleted through your Apple account settings.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will update this page and the effective date above. If a change means the app would start handling personal data, I will say so clearly here and in the App Store listing before it takes effect.

Merrywick es un juego para iPhone creado por Davi Bandeira, desarrollador independiente.
- Sin cuenta ni registro.
- No recopilo ningún dato personal y no tengo servidores para la app.

- Progreso: se guarda en tu dispositivo y, si tienes iCloud activado, se sincroniza con el almacenamiento clave-valor de Apple iCloud, bajo la política de privacidad de Apple. Yo no tengo acceso a esos datos.
- Compras: las procesa Apple a través de la App Store. No recibo tus datos de pago.

- Progresso: fica salvo no seu aparelho e, se o iCloud estiver ativado, é sincronizado pelo armazenamento chave-valor do Apple iCloud, conforme a política de privacidade da Apple. Eu não tenho acesso a esses dados.
- Compras: são processadas pela Apple na App Store. Não recebo seus dados de pagamento.
- Game Center (opcional): pontuações e conquistas gerenciadas pela Apple.
- Notificações (opcional): lembretes locais agendados no próprio aparelho. Não há servidor de notificações push.
- Crianças: o app não coleta intencionalmente dados pessoais de ninguém, inclusive de crianças.
